Dan has approaching 10 years experience in travel litigation having commenced his fee-earning career working in-house for a major tour operator. His experience covers a plethora of issues impacting the travel industry including breach of contract claims, fast and multi track accident and illness claims, issues surrounding principal/agent, flight issues including delay claims and disability discrimination in the Court of Appeal.
Dan has held Graduate membership of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 2012.
Notable cases he has handled include McLean v Thomas Cook and Noon v Thomas Cook. Both claims were in respect of gastric illness and both were dismissed with findings of fundamental dishonesty.
